High-Performance Sediment Filters for Crystal-Clear Water
Sediment buildup in your water can lead to clogged plumbing, poor appliance performance, and unsightly discoloration. At RainDance Water Systems, our sediment filtration solutions are designed to tackle these issues effectively, providing reliable protection for residential, commercial, and agricultural applications.

Why Choose RainDance Sediment Filters?
  1. Advanced Filtration Technology:
Our sediment filters use cutting-edge filtration media like Turbidex™, capable of removing particles as small as 3–5 microns. This ensures cleaner, clearer water while extending the lifespan of your plumbing and appliances.
  2. Customizable Solutions for Every Need:
Whether you're treating well water, irrigation water, or municipal supplies, we offer a range of filter sizes and configurations to meet your specific water quality challenges.
  3. Easy Installation and Maintenance:
All our systems come with installation kits, detailed instructions, and lifetime customer support. Additionally, our filters are designed for extended operational cycles, reducing the need for frequent backwashing or replacements.
  4. Built for Durability:
Our sediment filters are made from high-quality materials to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments. They are ideal for high-flow systems, whole-house filtration, and commercial-grade applications.
Applications of Sediment Filtration
  • Residential Use: Protect your home’s plumbing, water heaters, and appliances from sediment damage.
  • Well Water Treatment: Address turbidity, sand, rust, and other particulates commonly found in well water.
  • Irrigation Systems: Prevent clogs and enhance the performance of drip and sprinkler systems.
  • Commercial and Industrial Use: Maintain consistent water quality in manufacturing, food production, or hospitality operations.
  • Livestock and Agriculture: Safeguard livestock health and optimize water usage in agricultural processes.

Key Features of RainDance Sediment Filters
  • Filtration down to 3–5 microns
  • High flow rates for larger households or commercial use
  • Low water wastage with efficient backwashing
  • NSF-approved filtration media
  • Compatible with additional treatment systems, such as iron removal and UV disinfection

Why Invest in a Sediment Filter?
Unfiltered water containing sediment can cause numerous issues:
  • Shortened lifespan of appliances and water heaters
  • Increased maintenance costs for plumbing systems
  • Poor water aesthetics with visible particles or discoloration
  • Decreased efficiency of reverse osmosis and UV systems due to sediment interference

By installing a sediment filter, you’ll improve the overall performance of your water treatment system and enjoy cleaner, safer water every day.
How Often Do I Need To Replace The Filtration Media?
The media should be regularly backwashed to clean captured sediment from the media, in order to allow it to continue effective operation. Replacing just the media (not the complete system) once every 4-6 years is recommended to maintain optimum performance.
How Much Pressure Will I lose After The Sediment Filter?
Customers that switch to Turbidex report that the pressure drops across the system decrease substantially. This results in longer service runs and less frequency between backwashes.
Trust RainDance Water Systems for All Your Filtration Needs
With over 25 years of experience, RainDance Water Systems has become a trusted name in water treatment solutions. Our sediment filters are designed to handle even the most challenging water conditions, ensuring peace of mind for our customers worldwide.
