Full Customization for City and Well Water Sources
Our skid-mounted reverse osmosis systems offer a comprehensive, step-by-step purification process, tailored to meet the unique needs of both city TAP water and well water sources. Built on a robust stainless steel skid platform, these systems feature:
On-Skid Pretreatment
- Antiscalant Injection System: Protects RO membranes from hard water scale, silica, and mineral buildup. Certified by NSF under ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for producing potable water, this low-maintenance, salt-free system requires no discharge or wastewater drain lines.
- Customizable Options:
- For City Water: Select our automatic backwashing pretreatment system for chlorine, chloramine, and chemical removal—designed for zero maintenance with no added salts or routine replacements.
- For Well Water: Choose our system that automatically backwashes to treat iron, manganese, suspended solids, and hydrogen sulfide odors—also requiring no maintenance.
The final stage of pretreatment employs a chemical-free, environmentally friendly UV disinfection system that ensures safe water and helps inhibit bio-fouling of RO membranes.
On-Skid Features
- Pretreatment Lockout Switch: Prevents unfiltered water from reaching RO membranes during the backwashing process.
- Reverse Osmosis: High-capacity, high-recovery RO designed for light commercial and whole-house applications, producing 2,000 to 12,000 GPD. Features include:
- Recirculation valve for improved recovery.
- Automatic membrane flush at startup.
- Microprocessor-based controller for optimal performance.
- Integrated float switch to conserve water and extend system life by shutting off the RO when storage tanks are full.
Includes two 300-gallon atmospheric storage tanks that fit through standard doorways (35" diameter x 81" height). Tank is equipped with a float to conserve water and system life.
On-Skid Delivery Pump
A fully automatic electric repressurization pump (10 GPM @ 48 PSI) draws water from the storage tanks to your applications, ensuring consistent pressure and flow.
Ideal for Salty City and Brackish Well Water
The RDWS-TV-RO-Skid Systems effectively address high TDS levels, treating sodium, chlorides, sulfates, nitrates, metals, and more, up to 5,000 ppm. Our custom city water pretreatment reduces chlorine, chloramine, and harmful organic compounds, while the well water system targets iron, manganese, and suspended solids. Post-UV disinfection reduces bacteria, viruses, and protozoan cysts, ensuring the highest water quality for your needs.
Quality Assurance
At RainDance Water Systems, our commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of our design and engineering. We prioritize overbuilding and over-designing our systems, which is why our membranes last longer and we receive minimal calls regarding premature pump or system failures.
We primarily utilize stainless steel in our constructions, opting for it over aluminum or powder-coated mild steel in most of our systems. While this choice may come at a higher initial cost, the enhanced durability and reliability it provides make it a worthwhile investment.
Trust RainDance Water Systems to deliver a long-lasting membrane water purification solution that meets your needs with exceptional performance and dependability!
