The Twin Sulfate Eater is more economical costing thousands less than a commercial reverse osmosis system. Its space saving - the Twin Sulfate Eater requires only 3 tanks whereas a commercial RO requires many pieces of equipment including a large water storage tank. The Sulfate Eater not only removes high sulfates it also softens hard water! A whole house reverse osmosis system requires a separate water softener. Our Sulfate Eater uses NSF Approved Certified 61 filtration media. Easy To Use, Service & Install: The Sulfate Eater uses a water efficient metered initiated automatic backwashing control valve and allows the user to use either standard sodium water softener pellets or use the sodium-free potassium pellet option!

RainDance Water Systems Twin Sulfate Eater-14 - Systems are standard 1.5" high flow ports, Customer friendly digital metered valve, 120v, 60 Hz, 1.5" FNPT connections and include Environmental Cover with Window.
Due to weight and ease of maneuverability - Tanks, valve and media are shipped separately on pallet. Each filter system includes simple easy to follow step by step filling instructions.

The Twin Sulfate Eater alternating twin tanks provide an uninterrupted supply of sulfate filtration and soft water to your application source. The Twin Alternating Sulfate Eater has two tanks for softening and filtering. Water is softened and filtered in one tank while the other is in a standby mode. When the capacity of the first tank is reached, the system automatically switches tanks. The first tank is then recharged. This cycle is repeated when the second tank reaches its capacity point.
Note: If you already have a water softener in place we can design the Twin Sulfate Eater to treat high sulfates only (no water softening) for greater removal capacity - The Twin Sulfate Eater would be installed after your existing water softener.
