The TPC Nano Systems offer a unique portable filtration able to reduce or remove multiple contaminants from many different water sources. Featuring Nano Membranes, water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that captures 80-90% of contaminants. Our nano membranes provide high productivity performance while filtering and reducing a high percentage of salts, nitrates, sulfates, tannins, fluoride, hard water, bacteria, viruses, chlorine, and organic compounds such as pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, THM precursors, and more, all without the use of chemicals or added salts.

Keep in mind that our 3000gpd Nano System's rated capacity (gallons per day, or GPD) means what the system can produce in a full 24 hour period. For example, This 3000gpd nano system can produce 3000 gallons in 24 hours, or approximately 2.08 gallons per minute (GPM). If a higher flow rate output is needed a separate water storage tank and repressurization pump can be used to deliver high flow, pressurized purified water from the storage tank to multiple taps.

The Portable Nano Water Filtration System requires these simple, easy-to-replace filters to be changed for optimum performance:
- Sediment filter should be replaced every 6 months*
- Carbon filter should be replaced every 6 months*
- The nano membrane(s) should be replaced every 2 to 4 years*
*Some water sources may contain contaminants that can clog the pore structure of the nano membrane or filters, requiring a more frequent replacement interval. A decreased flow of product water over a relatively short time can indicate that the membrane or filters needs to be replaced.
As a Portable Water Purification System, our TPC Series is able to sit in storage until needed, but it should be flushed by turning it on for 5 or 10 minutes about every six months just to keep the membrane clean and ensure that it operates properly. Depending on how often the system is used and the quality of the water it's filtering, the membrane and filters may be replaced less often.
