Hard Water Treatment antiscalant feed system - Pretreats and protects the membrane from hard water scale and silica. Antiscalant injection method is preferable to brine regenerating softeners as it is lower maintenance, economical, has no drain water, and is perfect for areas of the country that have chloride discharge limits. The antiscalant formulation has been certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) under ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for use in producing potable water. The antiscalant pump will plug into a 110v receptacle that is provided with the TSM-RO system or a 220v receptacle provided with the TV-RO system. This way the antiscalant pump only operates when the RO system runs.

The 3000 Antiscalant is a powerful, broad spectrum, liquid antiscalant and dispersant that is compatible with organic coagulants. It is highly effective at low dose rates and in a wide range of feed waters.
This product is a multicomponent antiscalant that prevents scale precipitation and disperses colloidal particles in cellulose acetate and polyamide membrane systems. It is compatible with organic coagulants that may be indirectly present in feed waters or directly present as a result of coagulation or flocculation treatments upstream of the reverse osmosis (RO) system. Other applications for this product include seawater and brackish water for the production of potable and industrial waters.
The 7000 Antiscalant is a multicomponent liquid antiscalant and dispersant that provides a high level of sulfate inhibition and allows increased reverse osmosis (RO) system recoveries in challenging waters. It prevents calcium sulfate (CaSO4) scale precipitation, allowing up to 6 times saturation. The primary application of this product is brackish water or waste water rich in sulfate, which requires a specialty product for economic membrane system recovery. It is successfully applied on industrial and potable applications.
